Company History

Mitra Asa Pratama is a family owned medical device company established in 1999 in Indonesia. We operates in three core business: government projects, healthcare institutions/ professionals, and retail markets. Cooperating with various international medical device manufacturers, we provides A-Z services starting from product registration, promotion, delivery, and after sales. Located in Jakarta with our own dedicated business representatives in major cities to create, develop, and maintain our clients and customers, woking closely with our network of sub-distributors.

It has been a long-standing part of our strategic vision to be able to built a vertically integrated company, where every of our business units shares the same dedication to customer service. We firmly believe that service levels must always exceed expectations so that our clients, the medical professionals, can concentrate on the very important business of caring for patients.

We are committed to improving the clinical quality and economic health by bringing value to its customers in several distinct markets. These markets include primary care, medical rehab, orthopaedic, oncology, pulmonology, and sterilisation department. And for many years, we also worked closely with the government, supporting their programs for smoking cessation and non-communicable diseases prevention. Combining fundamental distribution capabilities with our own unique services and information technology tools to deliver unparalleled value to our customers with a particular expertise in disrupting dysfunctional markets.

Indonesian government has always considers healthcare as a priority, putting trillions of rupiahs annually to care about the people’ health. There are more than eleven thousand government primary care clinics all over Indonesia, even in remote areas with no roads available yet, and we consider all of them as our clients. We have a dedicated team to handle this specific market, to work closely with the medical personnels, and supporting their humble mission to help Indonesian people get an access to a better healthcare.
